Todd Cohen


Todd Cohen offers more than 20 years of real estate investment expertise with knowledge, understanding and appreciation of every facet of the industry, thanks to personal and professional experience throughout the country in all major asset classes.

Prior to founding TCC Advisors, he worked as Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Advisors, South Florida, Senior Agent at Marcus & Millichap, Miami, and Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Stoltz Real Estate Partners, Philadelphia.

The majority of Todd’s career focus has been on retail properties, facilitating the purchase of and securing the financing for nearly two million square feet. He builds upon this experience to maximize opportunity and thoughtfully, strategically advise clients.

As a commercial real estate advisor and investment sales specialist with Marcus & Millichap, Todd advised his clients through all phases of the commercial real estate investment cycle. During his tenure, he facilitated the sale of more than $80 million in income-producing properties across multiple asset classes. Todd earned the company's prestigious Pacesetter Award and facilitated the largest loan in the Miami office.

At Stoltz Real Estate Partners, Todd helped establish the first real estate fund and was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of more than one billion dollars in commercial assets. Acquisitions included three major shopping malls and one of the largest retail outlet centers in North America. Dispositions included an industrial and office park, as well as a portfolio of 10 power shopping centers.

Todd graduated Summa cum Laude from Duke University and earned his MBA in Real Estate and Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He lives in South Florida with his wife and their two children. Community work and philanthropy are central to the Cohens’ family values.
